Højderyggen Odsherred

Højderygstien, or the High Ridge Trail, is a hiking trail located within Geopark Odsherred. Along the trail are four key destinations, three of which, Esterhøj, Maglehøj, and Dutterhøje, are ancient Bronze Age burial mounds. The fourth is a shelter site where hikers can stay overnight. Additional burial mounds are found along the route, and the trail offers views towards several unique landmarks and landscapes in the surrounding area. In the long term, the ambition is to extend the trail northwards, creating a hiking route with a total length of approximately 25 kilometres.
